This is our last week of camp for the summer and it is my absolute favorite because this week is all about taking care of a very special person ~ you!
Below you will find instructions for making some wonderful and fun to use herbal body care and teas, as well as some crafts ideas and activities for supporting healthy emotions. It's all about caring for your body inside and out with herbs and healthy choices. These activities are also great for those kiddos who are going back to school soon and might want a little extra support in getting ready for that exciting transition.
